Welcome to Securities. We are a literate stray dog role-play set in present day Moscow, with a few changes to the history of the city. We try to keep our site plot as loose as possible, so that members may write their own stories for their characters. With that said...

Russia has never been in harmony - especially not over their forms of government. In the year of 2007, yet another civil war broke out, with the largest riots and controversies taking place in Moscow, one of the most famous tourist cities in the world. Many of the citizens left Moscow to find a place to reside with a little less... action. Tourists stopped booking flights out to the city to avoid the conflicts. In the hustle and bustle, many dogs were left behind or forgotten. Strays became bolder in their travels of the city due to the lessening amounts of people.

It's now 2011. The riots have died down, but the civil war is far from over in Russia. There are still quite a few people who chose to straggle behind and wait out the riots. The rest of the city has yet to return, leaving most businesses closed down and most homes abandoned. As sad as this may be to humans -- think of the dogs! Life has never been better. Seemingly unlimited amounts of food from restaurants and storages is now accessible without being shooed away with a broom, or worse, a gun. Comfortable beds are easy to find in an unlocked house, if they so choose. Of course, the humans will probably return in time, once the war dies down. But even if they do? Things will never be the same.
