His body shifted and twitched a bit as he slept, both ears wiggled as sounds echoed through the empty subway. The brute had been living and sleeping in the subway for the past couple of days. It was a shock, cause usually the subway was the first place that strays would go to start some trouble.
He slept for a moment at least until he heard some strays fighting. He slowly opened his eyes and looked at the entrance, it annoyed Hectate on how strays fought for stupid reasons. Of course he had no room to talk, their were times were he grew bored and decided to cause big fights.
Slowly he stood up from his spot, he shook his body to try and wake him self up, and then let out a loud yawn. When he finally felt awake he started to walk toward the stairs. As he did so he found the cause of the noise, two strays fighting over a rat carcass. Now a good doggie would just walk away... he thought. Too bad i'm not exactly a 'Good Doggie' he chuckled as he leapt into the midst of the fight snapping his fangs around the rat's body.
A pit tugged on the head, and a rottie pulled on the tail, each snapping off when he threw his weight onto the fragile carcass and shook it. The station master came over to the disturbance, and the brute bolted with the prize tightly clamped in his jaws. "Junkyard rules babies!" he laughed as he mad his way out of the station.
Once he reached the top of the stairs he stood off to the side away from the two strays, his eyes watched with annoyance. Rolling his eyes he sat down and enjoyed the sun. The cement was freezing cold which had send chills up his spine. But as he sat there for a moment his stomach began to growl, Hectate looked down at his stomach and shook his head.
The brute looked towards the snack he'd stollen from the two brute, and began to feast. He licked the crimson, iron tasting liquid from his maw and enter the subway once more to find a bench or something to lay under for a nap. An old steel bench did just fine, seeing as the humans were too scared to approach the large dog, he was left in peace for now. He layed his head on his paws, and closed his eyes, in an attempt to catch a few Z's.
